Jquery list selection

Hi all

I've been trying to find a jquery list selection solution along the lines of the following.

I want to have two boxes. One on the left that holds all the options to choose from and a box on the right that holds the options selected in the left box. Once all the desirable options are chosen and the user hits submit the options selected are posted to a db.

Anyone know of something similar?
