Help!

I am hoping this is some sort of typo on my part, but I cannot figure out how the s3slide show I set up turned out the way it did.

I got the code from the following site: http://www.serie3.info/s3slider/demonstration.html. This shows an example of what it should look like.

Now, this is my live site: site

As you can see, the 3 photos should roll through as a slide show through the entirety of the length of time spent on the page. Instead all three photos load first and then they eventually roll into a slide show. Is this a problem with my HTML, CSS or the JS?

I was just wondering if u still need help with JQuery.. i got it to work. The only different between your code and the one that i came up with is this line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>

I think that you can include this file and save it on a separate file. i also wanted to know if you get any error messages with your css. let me know..
