IE8 - Issue With Embedding SWF Object

Could someone please help with an issue that's preventing my video from showing in IE8.
It play's on all other IE versions...and plays fine in Firefox & Chrome.

<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=9,0,115,0" width="768" height="466">
  <param name="movie" value="../media/video/anassa.swf">
  <param name="quality" value="high">
  <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
  <param name="allowFullScreen" value="True" />
  <embed src="../media/video/anassa.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="768" height="466" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" allowFullScreen="True">
  </embed>
</object>

I'm sure it's a simple fix, but my brain hurts due to excess vodka last night!

I remember when Daniweb used to be a great place to get answers from professionals.
Back in the day before it became a giant advertising board and half a million leechers!
When 857 views and someone flagging this genuine question and gets negative feedback, that means it's now sadly time to leave.
I posted the same question on jampax.org and got a solution in 4 minutes.
A great, advert free site with more professionals than leechers, that reminds me of what made Daniweb great in the first place.

Apologies for bumping the thread, I will mark this as solved.
