I have been experiencing a problem with a menu tree created in JavaScript. It has been in use for years with previous versions of IE with no problems but when I tried to put it into a new web page and loaded it on IE8 the appearance changed dramatically. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? Is there an identifier for IE8 I need to use to get the menu to function properly? It's a perfectly good expanding menu tree that looks very nice and I would hate to have to start over from scratch.
