Hi, i'm creating a site which uses achors to change between slides... When i click it, another header moves out of place.. but i am not sure why...

any help would be great!

When you go down to painting tips with the paper behind it, if you click a #, then scroll to the top, you will see the banner move down about 80px or so..

If other info is needed, i can provide.
