I have an idea which i need to turn into reality.

I am trying to build a complete AJAX based Auction Web Portal.

What I know - PHP, AJAX a bit & HTML, Javascript and XML.

Few questions in my mind:

  1. Where should i start? What all required for this project?
  2. Which is best AJAX based GUI design tool?
  3. Thinks to keep in mind?

Your suggestion will be of great help!

What I know - PHP, AJAX a bit & HTML, Javascript and XML.

It's good that you know those language but it's much better if you developed a wireframe that could be utilized in support of a design that you can used for future projects.
