jquery .load() issue when hard refresh

hi, im having an issue when using the .load() function of jquery. im using my index .php file to dynamically load contents in a div using the load function. but when i refresh the browser i taken to index.php. can u please suggest me?

I think that you are having a "soft refresh" instead.
To get a "hard refresh", you'll have to "Shift + F5" it!

ok, the issue is that whenever i refresh the browser it takes me back to index.php which isnt right...
