JSP Locale help

Dear friends..

I working on a Project..here i have to let the user to type in respective languages(hindi,tamil,kannada etc...)

I have done this by passing the user input to a javascript file.. but current due to some changes..i need to change that..

I have to do that in some other way to enable the user to type in their respective language..i have found some link in which they have set the locale from control panel

Now Question is.. How do i set this "locale" in my JSP page through code.. please sugget me how to do this..
