Configuring Tomcat as SMTP to send mail from localhost

hi,

I am working a program which needs to send an email through JSP.
I get an error Could not connect to host : localhost :25 : Connection refused. error.
Can anyone tell me what configuration i need to change in Apache Tomcat to use my server as smtp server..
