Can't unzip Peter Budo JSP Tutorial MVC2

Hi,
I am unable to unzip the attached files in this tutorial. I receive the cannot open file error indicating that the file is not a valid archive. I have tried to download te files many times. Is there anything I can do to get these files? I really need an example like this.
