call to undefined function mysql_connect()

hi, im trying to view my php page on the browser on iis and i got this error : call to undefined function mysql_connect(). im not sure why this happened, tried googling but found only solution on apache. any help would be appreciated.thanx

This might help. My suggestion is to use WAMP or XAMPP . It configures everything for you!

maybe your sql service is not started..the best is to use XAMPP.

You need to check you PHP.ini file to ensure that you have uncommented the mysql extension.
