Currently we are looking for a tracking system with following featues, kindly let me know what could be the best (or closest) open source system to fit into this requirements.
Workflow for a project that each task needs to go through:
- Loin
- Design
- Testing (if rejected the task need to go back to the Design stage again)
- Quality Assurance (if rejected the task need to go back to the Design stage again)
- Finish
Required model:
- Manager, Team lead, Groups, Client and Admin
- Email, Attachments, Notes, Customized field, Time tracking
- status/task based reporting, hold/query options
