I have three questions:

1) How much approximately costs an implementation of a shopping cart module.
2) How long it would take, approximately.
3) Could you, please, give me some... let's say... advice on how to do it, some useful links.., or what basically I have to read in order to be able to do it.

All depends on the technology you will be using PHP/ASP/JSP
