Hi to All! need help, why is it time on the server is not exact in the output of the page. I' am using WAMP5 Server. If time depend on the time of the server, how can I change its time because it has 4hours ADVANCED. thanks.

The timezone of your server is different to your timezone by the sounds of it.
Fix this with the following code (make sure to change the timezone to your timezone at home for best results!!)
echo "Original Time: ". date("h:i:s")."\n";
putenv("TZ=US/Eastern");
