Creating a Email form with PHP validation/Ajax

Hi there

I have been searching round the internet for the last few days trying to find a tutorial that would help me make a contact form that then uses server side and client side code (PHP/Ajax) to validate the fields so that it is degradable if the user has Javascript disabled. Does anyone know of any sites that explain this step by step. I have followed

and tried adapting it to my needs but i cant figure out how to insert a mail to function to actually send to a specific address. I would be glad of any help.

Yes the yensdesign validation is brilliant and just what I was looking for.

I also need to mail the validated info form the form.
