PHP installation problem

Hi everybody,

I am trying to install php,apache,mysql through xampp-win32 installer. But i am getting an error that "apache installation failed.
port 80 and 443 already in use". I am using windows xp os. How to resolve this problem pls help me

Make sure you don't have IIS installed or running or that any other program you have running is starting a web server.
