Add a field to content type in drupal 5.x

Hi all

I am adding a field to content type 'blog' in drupal 5.x but i can see only one field type and that is image in it. what is wrong? please see the screen shot of the page attached.

please help

Do you have activated the permissions for create and edit content types on User Management / Access Control ?

Take a look if is enabled all CCK field types in modules.
