Help: making a rss reader (twitter)

hey all, been a while since I've been on here.
I was wondering how I could make an rss reader for twitter, and make it so that it displays the content of my 'twit' and nothing else (like time/date ect.)

A long back we done same thing for your our client and that's from this Link: twitterfeed.com
