Multyple choises listbox

Hi all!
I need some help. What I need is, to make a listbox, and fill it from a mysql database, which contains users from my website. The idea was, to select two or more users from that listbox, and after hitting a submit button, I would see the comments of these users.
I tried a lot of methods but I always failed, so please help me.

just query mysql_fetch_array
