hi i wanted to change my php melody1.6.4 url structure

my url structure is like this

http://example.com/frozen/frozen-2010-movie-video_1c4063b5a.html

i wanted to change it to like this

http://example.com/frozen/frozen2010movie/1c4063b5a

i have spent my valuable time on the net but i can't find the solution

so i think i will find the solution over here

sorry i need to change my phpmelody1.6.4 url structure i tried that but no use it is saying 500 internal server error
