How to change the meta tag?

I have a Nuke php site. The problem is that the meta tag is setup to display what the creator wanted the keywords to be. I need it changed so that I can make it relevant to my site. Please let me know how to do this.

I believe there is a file called meta.php which writes that information.

There is... It's under PHPNuke/includes/meta.php
