PHP downloading Script

Hello Every One

Can some one provide me with a php download script......I would appreciate if its well commented so I can know what each line of code is doing.

I understand the php uploading.....just need the download script to tap things off

What do you mean download? Usually, you just click on a link to the file you want. Are you talking about something like:

<a href="downloads.php?id=234245rnlj2vi72bjh2jv1tkp1kjb">Download Document 55</a>
