PHP Rapid Development

Working recently with Microsoft's rapid development environment for ASP left me impressed with the speed of the tools.

I'm curious if anyone knows of a rapid development environment for PHP.

I use phpEdit Professional and Dreamweaver Studio 8 which has some real nice php code already defined but one would think there were rapid development environments.

CakeApp.com is a great online tool for light speed fast rapid php development! It is based on the CakePHP framework.

been looking at http://www.symfony-project.org/ as well. Its pretty robust.
