Media Tags - Media Player IE problem

Hi, I have some problems with the code below. Also below the code I have two pictures one from IE one from Chrome.

Thanks, I saw the code working on IE without PHP coding, but including the php part won't work on IE.

Check browser view source. To see what you've inserted - is it what you expect?

it's exactly same with Chrome's, but still no image, no console of media player on IE. Thanks for the tip, I will try different script.
