Hello,

I need to generate a pdf and put information from an HTML form.

I have a html form put the info into that form. As I submit the form all the information should go to PDF file. That PDF file should be resided on my server into a folder. By click on the submit button form 's information should also go into database and an Email should also fired with PDF as attachment and form 's information as email 's message.

Looking forward to see your best solution for this problem.

My advice is to use TCPDF library for converting to PDF. There are plenty of excelent examples on their website which is www.tcpdf.org. The library is open source and maintained.
