My customer wants to integrate his software with a website and whenever he updates offline store it shall reflect on website software.Is it possible if yes please reply.

Yes. What technology is he using? You can send data to a remote server in many ways, BUT usually the 'software' will do the sending - not the remote server doing the requesting. So it all depends on what the customer is using to store his/her data. If your running a local DB and want to sync that data with a remote DB, it should be possible.
