Hi!
I am facing a problem that i have redirected a website to the new one in htaccess but google webmaster is showing the "Links to Your Site" problem in webmaster and according to my knowledge this problem is very critical and serious. Is there any solution to get rid of this problm.

Yes but i want to redirect the whole website in htaccess because if i redirect the website through google webmasters the problems related to the old domain will also be redirected to the new domain and the purpose of redirect will not be achieved.
