My project is on database authentication.I need Dialog box under URL(which i was shown in the image)

the dialog box shown is http authentication for a folder protected by .htpassw
For database authentication you need the db language, and server scripting
common options are mysql and php
the google search would be, "create a user login system in php and mysql"
there are thousands of scripts to download and examine to get your own set up
