Form Processor

Does anyone know of a free php form processing script that would allow me to set

some fields as required, can both send to an email address and populate a flat

file (something I could export to Excel) AND is easy to set up?

not off the top of my head, but in all honesty, i don't think it would be too hard to build.

i'd knock the code up myself for you, but my day today is hectic so I wont have time.. sorry, someone will post some
