i jus want to submit Rss feed to google... i am not sure how to do it.plz help me

Do you mean for indexing ? It is possible to add it to Google Webmasters Tools as a sitemap.

Yahoo and Bing! (MSN) both have similar services, though the features suck in comparison to Google Webmaster Tools.

to get indexed fast
