htaccess not working

Hi, I have the following redirect:
/lb/v/fast -> viewboard.php?c=fast

by doing

RewriteRule ^v/([^?].*)?(.*)$ viewboard.php?c=$1&$2 [L]

as you can see i try to also add the GET data... but its not working
ie if i go to
/lb/v/fast?view=1
it only copies the fast part over
does anyone know how to fix it?
