RSS feed issue

I am trying to set up an RSS feed but am getting an error in IE that says "Explorer does not support feeds with DTDs"
Firefox starts a download.
any ideas?

Well I did that already. Problem is I cant find a solution. I look at my rss.php file and I don't even see a DTD.
I am looking for a way around it.
