Why can't I access my application tab on my facebook page?

I have created a facebook application which loads my website URL on canvas as below
http://apps.facebook.com/aslam_facebook/

This link loads my website URL even I have not logged in to my facebook account. Means it has public access.
Next I added this facebook application to my facebook fan page as a Tab on link given below
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Welancers/124655304263585?sk=app_114121035300841

Now when I open this link, it loads my Application tab only if I have logged in to facebook account. Otherwise it loads a blank page.

What I want to do it, this url should load my tab even I have not logged in to facebook.

How can I do that? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

You need to check out the details of this application, may b they don't allow it to appear publicly or check your page settings.
