Form won't work - does not see .pl file

I have created a form as part of a website... http://www.deliciouscafe.co.uk/online_buffet.html

I used a .pl file as supplied by my host, Demon, but when I click on the submit button I keep getting this error message "The requested URL /cgi-bin/form-mail.pl was not found on this server."

I have no idea as to what I'm doing wrong as admittedly I'm more used to designing than trying to develop. Have I made a mistake somewhere in the .pl file? Or have I uploaded the .pl file to the wrong place?
