Does "overly budget" mean it doesn't have enough features - ie cheap and nasty?

Mambo does alot. What was it missing?

I'm using MKPORTAL for both my new sites: LOSERITIS and Make It Last Forever.

This portal can be integrated to several popular forums namely: vbulletin, Invision Powerboards, SimpleMachine and phpbb.

Mambo is free to share and change

Mambo is free, there are lots of free add ons, templates etc. How over your budget could that be?

When looking for CMS most importantly you have to look for two things.

1. Are you going to use template and modify Joomla or similar free cms to suit your needs.

2. Using something like Instant Update that integrates into existing website.
