Private Sales Shopping Club Software

Does anyone know software to build a private sales club?

Examples of private shopping clubs are:

The new Enterprise version of Magento offers this, and it's absolutely perfect.
The only thing is, the license fee starts at $12,990 per year.....

I'm wondering if there are other alternatives?

Oxid currently has such a module in alpha. Not sure if they're going to charge for it.

Yes, I see it's already released in the new version. Looks like it's free as well.
