Hey guys, I have developed a feedback form creator that you can use to make forms for your website. . Its FREE and very easy to use. Simply create your php feedback form online and it will be generated and sent to your mail address. All you need to do then, is upload it to your server and point your browser to it.

No sign ups or memberships or hidden agenda just free to use.

Hey there,
I think this form generator is great looking, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. I keep getting the same error message when I submit the form:
"Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: instantiate"

I admit that I am not familiar enough with php to work out the problem on my own. I can see the code that is creating the error message, but don't know how to edit it.

Any ideas? Thanks.

hey why cant i download the form that i created on the site, it says im not permitted...???
