Which Editor Is Best For Writing JavaScript Code?

I was writing the JavaScript code with notepad++ and checking with Mozilla Web Browser, but there is one problem that I am facing is: If there is a problem in my code the browser doesn't indicate aur highlight the error. So in what way I will know that which line of my JavaScript code contains an error?

Suggest Some Better Environment For Writing JavaScript Code.

Just recently acquired JetBrains' PhpStorm. Haven't used it too much yet, but I think you'd definitely need to try this one, or WebStorm (HTML/Js version).
