helo house,pls am new in web designing.I would like to know the difference between common gateware interface and server side script.Again,if am using dream weaver 8 for dynamic web designing,do i need to manually write the code for my cgi and server side script that communicates with my website.Finaly how can a mobile software and database communicate.

I used dreamweaver but I don't think you need to create cgi/script.

I mean I don't have dreamweaver connecting to my local nor host server.

I used PHP with dreamweaver.

I don't quite understand your question. Are you having issue setting up dreamweaver to a database?
