Not sure about how much programming you want to do in building this website. I'd watch out for "free" but there are a few places where you can get a start for free. Have you heard of WIX? It's free with lots of premium upgrades for when you are ready. or are you looking for a traditional host where you have more control? Let me know =) www.wix.com
