need help making scrollbar
ok i want to make a scroll bar for this page

i am making this site for a friend and his band here is the previous site that someone else made http://www.geocities.com/eatingmranderson .
now if you vist the link you can see that i have an events side i would like to juat make it so that you can scroll the events side without scrolling through the rest of the page and leaving the main story and the top banner up top.
i made this site in fireworks and would like to keep in fireworks i don't mind switching to dreamweaver if i absolutly have to.
