Visual CSS Web Editor

Hi,

Can somebody point me to a visual web CSS editor + live preview similar to Blogger > Layout > Page Elements where you could drag and drop elements and change styles.

The Microsoft Platform Installer has Expression Web in it. Have used it from time to time. Works fine.
