IE9 Not Showing Header Tabs

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could look at my site if running
IE9 and see if they are experiencing the same problem I am...

The top header tabs are missing. They show up in IE8 and other browsers.
They are a main feature on this page and am wondering if I can do anything to
get them to show.
