Help with shadow corner menu

I am making my new website and want to make a new Menu just like this website here http://www.therawdivas.com/ Can anyone help me with this ,How I can make that ..The css shadow part ..please help …

It's not done in CSS, just a background image. If you want to do it in CSS, take a look at box-shadow.

Well, it's true that you can do it with CSS3, but IE < 9 will not apply the shadow. That's why many sites still opt for images.
