CSS problem in header IE7

Hello,

This website - http://www.romical.com - looks ok in all browser expect IE7.

for some reason the flash header is not centered and the menu gets distorted so the most left menu entry is not seen.. I have tried tweaking with margins/padding but could not help it... would be very happy if someone has an idea

I do not know if this is bad, but sometimes when something does not want to center, i just put in headercode and all header divs in the html. Just try it, hopefully it works.
