html 5 video tag

Does anybody know if there is an attribute that gives more controls for embeded videos wiht the video tag? I want to have an option for fullscreen videos on one of my sites, but the current controls only have puase play and volume. Is there anyway to have a fullscreen attribute added to the control set?
