Disable flash external links

Hello guys I am looking for a way to block links from embedded swf files.
I have a situation where users are allowed to upload SWF and now I see that many of these SWF files have links to external sites.

No meter what I want to solve this problem.

even i try hard..but i coudnt succeed....i thin thr no way left that i didnt adopt...
