How to print a business card from a psd saved as jpeg or png?

Hello
Am currently working on a business card template, with size 3.5 inches and 2 inches, yet when am saving the psd as jpg or png, it is saving in pixels, and when I open the image to print, it prints the whole A4 paper. How can I get to print it as a real business card size?

'Save for Web & Devices'? Not sure if that is what you mean, but that should fix your 'pixel'-problem..

thanks, however the problem was with my photoshop itself it seemed, and after updating it to the latest version, it's working fine
