CSS slideshow with button navigation

I am trying to create a website with a slide show similar to the one on this page www.gethealthymarshall.com. I have no idea where to begin. Does anyone know of any tutorials or source codes i could download to do this? Thanks.

There are quite a bit of free sliders you can download and incorporate into your web projects. I like the Nivo Slider.

I recommend learning jQuery, you can create a pretty nice slider without using someone else's code/template :)
