Have you google this topic?

Are you familiar with JQUERY or PHP or MYSQL?

If not you need to read it a bit to get a better understand of the language and you can start to develop one by yourself.

If you can't think of one. Then you can used these examples which you can take the code apart and redesign it:

You can used a JQUERY dropdown menu or PHP dropdown menu.
